Job summary

Lancashire Independent Living Service in Ashton-On-Ribble is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a young teenage girl with special needs at home and in the community. You will assist with social outings and provide mentoring to help build independence. We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual.

A positive attitude and good work ethic are essential. Urdu language knowledge is a distant advantage.

Qualifications

• Caring, proactive and motivated attitude essential for supporting a young person with special needs.
• Knowledge of Urdu would be a distant advantage.
• A driver with a full clean licence and access to their own vehicle is required.
