Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across the UK. You will build trust, monitor progress, and work with families and professionals to help learners reconnect and thrive.

The role offers flexible locations with daytime hours, typically three days per week. Lead roles pay £16–£25 per hour plus agreed expenses, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams
