Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. You will build trusted relationships, deliver tailored intervention sessions, and monitor progress while reporting safeguarding concerns.

The role emphasizes flexibility, safeguarding, and collaboration with families and regional teams to support vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Must hold QTS and knowledge of teaching STEM.
• Experience of PDA.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
