Youth Leaders work directly with young people in St John Ambulance Badger Setts and Cadet Units. This role involves organising a weekly programme to support the learning and development of young people, helping them become the next generation of health citizens. Youth Leaders also assist young people in developing confidence, teamwork, self-discipline, and encourage them to reach their potential. Additionally, they supervise and support other adult volunteers in their team.

You’ll experience a great sense of satisfaction and pride in delivering an essential service. It’s beneficial for you, your community, and our nation, with only a small time commitment required.
