Service Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Supervise service employees including technicians, carpenters, lifeguards/pool attendants, and regional tradesmen, ensuring conformance with safety and environmental programs.
  • Oversee all on-site service operations, including service requests, equipment, and communication, maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of inspection reports and service requests, and conduct quality control reviews.
  • Review and recommend new products, service procedures, and major equipment acquisitions.
  • Supervise inspections related to asbestos, lead-based paint, smoke alarms, and other safety items as designated.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, prospects, applicants, and coworkers, aligning with the company's customer service philosophy.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Manage service department operations, including staffing, scheduling, and supplies.
  • Assist in responding to service-related complaints and legal issues.
  • Review reports and oversee budgets, ensuring operations stay within financial limits.
  • Implement and enforce safety and environmental programs, including OSHA and HazCom standards.
  • Maintain inventory according to company procedures.
  • This position is on-site in Florida, USA, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
  • EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
  • Experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 100 lbs.
  • Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus; must read and write in English.
  • Must be 18 years or older, with initiative and customer service skills.
