Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a CYPMH inpatient recovery support worker for The Cove, Heysham. You will help young people aged 13-18 engage in activities that promote recovery, independence and wellbeing, under supervision within the Occupational Therapy service.

You will support group and individual activities, develop confidence, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care tailored to each young person’s needs and interests.

Responsibilities

• Support young people aged 13–18 in structured activities to aid recovery.
• Assist with individual and group-based therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the wider MDT to plan care.
• Promote patient-centred care and flexible engagement strategies.
