Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator for our CAMHS service at Parkview. You will plan, coordinate and deliver meaningful therapeutic activities to support young people's wellbeing and recovery, working both 1:1 and in groups.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, tailoring activities to individual needs and ensuring safe, person-centred care. Evening and weekend flexibility is required to meet service delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering activities to young people.
• Excellent communication skills for one-to-one and group work.
• Strong organisational abilities to plan and coordinate diverse activities.
• Passion for helping young people achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a range of therapeutic and recreational activities for young people.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
• Lead on designated activity projects and programmes and coordinate resources.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to development of activity provision.
