Job summary

Norwich City Football Club Development in Hertfordshire is seeking a motivated Football Coach to lead and inspire players aged 6-16 at our Hertfordshire development centres (Stratton, Harlow, Bishops Stortford, Letchworth Garden City), delivering high-energy evening sessions September to June.

You'll build a positive atmosphere, provide detailed feedback to help players progress, and represent Norwich City Football Development with professionalism, while based locally in a part-time role with

Qualifications

• FA Level 1 or Introduction to Coaching Football; Level 2/UEFA C preferred.
• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete).
• Thrives working with young people and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy sessions to players aged 6-16.
• Build a positive, supportive atmosphere that challenges every player.
