Job summary

Norwich City Football Development is seeking a Girls Football Coach to deliver high-quality sessions for girls aged 6-16 in Bury St Edmunds, part-time with evening hours from September to June, helping grow the women's game and identify talent for the pathway.

You will train with Norwich City Women's pathway staff, receive branded coaching kit and resources, and contribute to promoting female football locally while developing players' confidence and skills.

Qualifications

• FA Level 2 or UEFA C (UEFA B preferred).
• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete).
• Passion for female football development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate coaching for girls aged 6-16.
• Foster confidence, skill development and enjoyment.
• Work with coordinators to spot and recommend talented players.
• Promote the women's and girls' game locally.

• Promote the women's and girls' game in your local area

What We're Looking For:

• FA Level 2 or UEFA C (UEFA Bpreferred)

• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)

• Coaches who are passionate about female football development
