Job summary

Norwich City Football Club is seeking a Development Coach in Cambridgeshire (Northstowe area) for evening sessions. This part-time role will deliver sessions for players aged 7-16, following the Norwich City coaching curriculum while you bring your own coaching style.

You will inspire players to develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally, and maintain strong communication with parents and Centre leads.

Qualifications

• UEFA C licence (or working towards UEFA B) preferred but not essential.
• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, progressive sessions to players aged 7-16.
• Follow Norwich City Football Development Coaching Curriculum with your own style.
• Inspire players to develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and Centre leads.
• Identify and recommend talented players for progression along the Norwich City pathway.
