• Lead sessions for children, young people and volunteers ensuring activities are delivered effectively, safely and taking into account the needs of participants.
• Engage and build relationships with children, young people and their families to identify needs and help them achieve positive outcomes.
• Use feedback and data from young people and other stakeholders to inform planning and design of work and report progress against action plans.
• Coach, mentor and train volunteers, and supervise their practice.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals in children's services, health agencies and community services to provide effective support.
