Job summary

Change Grow Live in Sheffield is seeking a Children and Families Worker to join the CYP Service, the Corner. You will support children and young people affected by familial substance use in a confidential space, delivering a range of interventions and education through activities such as games, arts and crafts, and emotional wellbeing resources.

• Experience delivering interventions to children and families affected by familial substance use.
• Ability to engage children and young people in group or one-to-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions and education through activities such as games, arts and crafts, and emotional wellbeing resources.
• Engage children, young people and families across Sheffield Young Carers and the Corner in support interventions.
• Assist safeguarding, resilience-building, and prevention of intergenerational trauma.
