Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Events Officer to join our Events Team, delivering high-quality events and experiences across the charity. You will coordinate planning and delivery of a range of events, including flagship conferences and camps, while ensuring safety, safeguarding and excellent attendee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of a range of events, including flagship conferences and camps.
• Manage event project plans and delegate registration and communications.
• Liaise with venues and suppliers and coordinate event logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service to delegates, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and inclusivity for events, including those involving children and young people.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to create a positive attendee experience.
