Job summary

Youth Sport Trust International is seeking an organised Events Officer to join our Events Team. You will coordinate the planning and delivery of a range of events, including flagship events, conferences and camps across the UK.

The role involves safeguarding responsibilities and travel, with a focus on creating safe, inclusive, and well-managed experiences for all participants. You will work across teams, manage registrations, timelines and budgets where required, develop strong supplier

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with clear communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and stay calm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event project plans, delegate registration and communications.
• Liaise with venues and suppliers, and manage event logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service to delegates, partners and stakeholders.
• Support safeguarding and risk management for events, including travel.
