Job summary

Business in Focus is seeking a Project Development Intern to support the Big Ideas Wales programme across Wales. The role combines research, stakeholder engagement, marketing and practical project delivery to gain hands-on experience.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and team, travel across South Wales to engage youth groups, collect insights and help raise awareness through social media channels. Fluency in Welsh is welcomed and the role is hybrid, with 15 hours per week.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a meaningful project.
• Welsh language fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a research project focused on young people and entrepreneurship.
• Engage directly with groups of young people to gather feedback and insights.
• Travel across South Wales to visit youth centres and community groups.
• Raise awareness of Big Ideas Wales through existing networks and contacts.
• Help develop social media ideas and content that resonate with young audiences.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve the programme.
