Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms. You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families, professionals, and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

Flexible opportunities based on location, with afternoons often preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions to young people.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
