Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role focuses on personalised learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will work closely with families and regional teams, monitor progress, and maintain safeguarding records while building trust with vulnerable young people. Flexible locations and day-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD and sensory processing disorder.
• Experience supporting young people with severe learning difficulties.
• SALT experience.
• Willing to support with manual handling.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
