Job summary

Oasis Resourcing is supporting an employment services organisation with a major youth employment programme. The role involves mentoring young people aged 18–24 through initial referral, pre-employment preparation, placement and in-work support.

You will build trusted relationships, identify barriers and help participants develop confidence, skills and work-readiness, while maintaining case records and working with employers and training partners across multiple UK regions.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one mentoring or coaching to young people.
• Ability to build trust, motivate participants and maintain engagement across channels.
• Experience in employability or youth employment settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a participant caseload from referral through pre-employment support and placement.
• Provide structured one-to-one mentoring to encourage engagement and progression.
• Deliver work-readiness activities, including CVs, interviews and job-search support.
• Collaborate with employers to match participants to opportunities and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate case records and progress evidence in line with requirements.
• Support participants to re-engage and progress into employment or training.
