• Own monthly grant funding claims by chasing employers for forms, payslips, invoices and reviews.
• Maintain accurate digital records by scanning and checking onboarding paperwork against guidelines.
• Match young people to suitable job opportunities and longer-term roles when funding ends.
• Gather, verify and log leavers’ evidence and job outcomes to secure programme funding.
• Build positive relationships with employers and partner organisations to keep processes on track.
