Seetec Group in Swindon is hiring a Youth Employment Adviser to support 18-24 year olds through the Youth Job Guarantee programme. You will manage a caseload, provide coaching, careers guidance, job search support, CV and interview preparation, and ongoing in-work support.

• Experience working with young people aged 18-24.
• Experience in a target-driven environment and achieving performance objectives.
• Resilience and professionalism when managing challenging conversations and complex situations.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to travel across the required geographical area to meet business needs.
