The Bridge Project's Bradford RESET seeks a Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Children and Young People) to work 22.5 hours over three days (Mon-Wed) with a starting salary of £17,254 per annum. The role includes delivering trauma-informed support to adolescents aged 11–17, within a safeguarding-led, multi‑agency framework and alongside Family Workers.

Applicants must have a full driving licence with vehicle insurance, an enhanced DBS, and a passion for amplifying young people's voices.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
• Enhanced DBS required
• Experience with safeguarding-led, multi-agency work and engaging with children and young people

Responsabilités

• Provide developmentally appropriate support for adolescents aged 11–17 within Bradford RESET.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining safeguarding standards and professional judgement.
