Job summary

The Bridge Project in Bradford is seeking a Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Children and Young People) for 22.5 hours across Monday to Wednesday. This role is funded and embedded in the Bradford RESET team.

You will engage with young people aged 11–17, work within a safeguarding-led, multi-agency framework, and collaborate with Family Workers to identify risks and support families. A full driving licence and enhanced DBS are required. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Strong experience of working with children and young people.
• Exceptional relationship-building and engagement skills.
• Able to work in a safeguarding-led, structured framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support victim-survivors and families.
• Record risk, need and lived experience of young people.
• Collaborate with Bradford RESET Family Workers and multi-agency teams.
• Ensure services are developmentally appropriate for adolescents.
