Job summary

Roundhouse Trust in London seeks a Young People’s Digital Platform Co-ordinator to manage and publish content on our online community platform, ensuring a safe, engaging space for young people to connect, learn and collaborate. You will work with the Digital Platform Manager to moderate content, support youth programmes, gather feedback, and help deliver creative learning content and tutoring programs.

The role requires safeguarding experience, budget awareness, strong communication and project

Qualifications

• Experience navigating and administering day-to-day moderation of a digital community platform.
• Experience working with young people and implementing safeguarding measures across programmes.
• Experience with digital content production and content management systems.
• Experience coordinating freelancers and creatives.
• The ability to monitor expenditure, budgets and provide budgetary information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and post community-facing communications.
• Support the preparation of marketing and communications materials.
• Gather case studies and quantitative data from Platform users.
• Draft contracts, hire agreements, letters and other documentation.
• Support the contracting of professional tutors.
• Gather user feedback and engagement insights to support evaluation and reporting.
