Job summary

City Football Group's Manchester City Academy is seeking a dedicated youth development coach to support the lead age-group coach in delivering training and matchday coaching for players in the Youth Development Phase, helping them progress within the club's football philosophy.

You will develop individual learning plans, observe players, and collaborate with academy staff, scouting and guardians to reinforce positive behaviours and ensure pathway progression.

Qualifications

• UEFA B Licence required.
• FA Youth Award required.
• Experience coaching Youth Development Phase in an Academy.
• Ability to develop individual learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions for Youth Development Phase.
• Support matchday coaching and player progression.
• Collaborate with Academy colleagues and parents.
• Contribute to cross-team projects in line with EPPP strategy.
