Job summary

Manchester City at the City Football Academy in Manchester seeks a Senior Phase Operations Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to lead operational standards across the PDP and academy teams.

You will coordinate phase operations, manage budgets and ensure effective support for U16 to U21 teams, including travel and fixtures, with a focus on age-appropriate environments for developing players.

Qualifications

• Experience in football academy operations and development of players.
• Proven project or programme management delivering operational activity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with staff, players and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekly phase meeting and coordinate phase operations.
• Plan and deliver academy arrangements for Premier League and EFL teams.
• Manage phase budget, player movements and whereabouts compliance.
• Line manage the Phase Operations Executive and contribute to academy projects.
