Job summary

Reading FC Community Trust is seeking a Lead Coach for Youth Development Phase U13s or U14s, delivering across Development, Advance and Elite centres. You will plan topics, deliver sessions, and provide written feedback each term, with opportunities to progress within the club.

The role requires energy, commitment to safeguarding and the ability to coach different age groups U8–16, including evenings and occasional match duties.

Qualifications

• Must have FA Talent ID Level 2 and FA Level 2/UEFA C qualifications.
• Enhanced DBS check required (to be undertaken as part of recruitment).
• Experience in Academy environments and planning/delivering sessions across ages.

Responsibilities

• Plan & deliver high quality RFCCT center sessions.
• Motivate and challenge individuals and groups across all RFCCT sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and represent the club professionally.
• Maintain safeguarding, health, safety and equal opportunity procedures.
