Job summary
Worthing Football Club Ltd. is seeking a part-time Football Development Officer to plan, co-ordinate and deliver football sessions for the U14–U18 youth pathway. You will support the Football Director and senior management in delivering a structured programme.
Responsibilities include organising term-time sessions and fixtures, and hosting events at the club facility. The role requires FA Level 2 / UEFA C coaching certificates, safeguarding and first aid training, plus a driving licence for
Qualifications
- Minimum FA Level 2 / UEFA C Certificate in Coaching Football and up-to-date safeguarding and emergency aid certificates.
- Experience coaching and developing young football players
- Capable of completing basic admin tasks
Responsibilities
- Plan, co-ordinate and deliver football sessions and fixtures for U14–U18 youth pathway.
- Support the Football Director and senior management team.
- Host events and oversee term-time sessions and evenings as required.
