Job summary

JS Matchfit Coaching seeks a Lead Coach to join a growing football development programme in Yateley. You will deliver high-quality, structured sessions and adapt coaching to mixed ages and abilities.

The role requires at least 3 years of coaching, FA Level 2/UEFA C or above, enhanced DBS, and own transport; hours start at 2 per week and can grow to 4+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' coaching experience in football development.
• FA Level 2/UEFA C or above required.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain), plus in-date FA safeguarding and first aid.

Job description

JS Matchfit Coaching is looking for a Lead Coach to join a growing football development programme.

We're not just looking for someone who can run drills. The ideal candidate raises standards and wants to make players better every single session.

Hours

• Monday 5:00–6:00pm
• Wednesday 5:30–6:30pm

This will start at 2 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 4+ hours quickly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience coaching in a football development environment (essential)
• FA Level 2/UEFA C or above (essential)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one), plus in-date FA safeguarding and first aid (essential)
• Playing experience (desirable)
• Able to energise and engage younger players and genuinely challenge older ones
• Own transport

Pay

£20–£35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
