Senploy is recruiting a Youth Development & Education Support Worker to work in Liverpool schools and specialist settings. You’ll support children and teenagers with personal, social and emotional development, using your existing youth-work or mentoring experience.

Ideal candidates will have DBS (Update Service preferred) and a calm, patient approach to building trust, with a commitment to safeguarding and professional responsibility. Full-time, term-time and long-term placements are offered.

Qualificações

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience supporting children or young people with emotional, behavioural or learning needs is valuable.
• Ability to engage with young people and build trust consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Support young people individually or in small groups in schools and specialist settings.
• Assist in developing social, emotional and behavioural skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individual support strategies.
• Promote positive relationships and effective communication among pupils.
