TeacherActive Limited is seeking passionate Education Support Workers to cover schools across Liverpool, The Wirral and Merseyside. Roles range from day-to-day to long-term with potential for permanent positions, offering flexible work and competitive daily rates of £90–£110 depending on experience.

You may support pupils one-to-one or in groups, helping with learning, behaviour and personal development in inclusive environments. DBS checks and safeguarding are standard requirements.

Competenze

• Experience working with children or young people in education, care, youth work or similar.
• Passionate about supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND and SEMH.
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
• Calm, patient and understanding approach.
• Able to support learning, emotional wellbeing and personal development.
• Confident supporting positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
• Adaptable, reliable and professional.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Experience with SEND, autism, ADHD, SEMH or challenging behaviour would be beneficial, but transferable skills are welcome.
