Thrive Education Group is seeking a Young People’s Engagement Support Worker to join schools and specialist education settings in Knowsley, supporting pupils to reconnect with learning and build a sense of achievement.

Ideal candidates have a background in youth work, SEND or children’s services, with a DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one. Full-time, long-term roles offer professional development and dedicated education consultant support.
