Job summary

Central is seeking a committed worker to lead and develop our growing youth and children's ministry. You will work across both children's and young people's programmes, providing pastoral care and guiding families in faith journeys.

We welcome someone creative, self-motivated and able to inspire volunteers. The role is available as a full-time post or two part-time positions, with an opening closing date of 22 November 2026.

• Ability to engage children and teens with creativity and care.

Job description

Are you passionate about Jesus and excited about helping the next generation grow in faith?

We are looking for one full-time worker or two part-time workers to join our large (350+) and lively, multinational church, leading and developing our growing youth and children's ministry of 100+.

As a full-time worker, you would be expected to support both our children and young people's programmes. Part-time roles could be age specific, e.g. supporting children or young people only.

You will work alongside an experienced staff team, leading, equipping and encouraging a dedicated team of volunteers. You will help develop our Sunday youth and children's programmes, groups and events, providing pastoral care and discipleship for children and young people while finding creative ways to reach others with the good news of Jesus.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about God, gifted in working with children and young people, creative, self-motivated and able to inspire and develop others.
