Job summary

Elite Motor Talent is seeking a Coach/Mentor to support young people in achieving career goals. The role focuses on one-to-one coaching, interview prep and transition into work, working with employers and partners to identify suitable opportunities.

You will manage a caseload, build trust, and maintain accurate records while upholding safeguarding and equality standards. The position offers a supportive team environment and clear development paths.

Qualifications

• Ability to build trust and connect with participants, employers and partners.
• Proven capability to manage targets, stay organised and communicate clearly.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, employment services or youth work is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships that motivate young people to achieve their goals.
• Manage a caseload and create clear, achievable action plans.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and interview-preparation support.
• Collaborate with employers and partners to identify opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work coaching and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate records and data across digital systems.
• Support safeguarding, confidentiality and equality in practices.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
