Job summary

Crystal Care Solutions Limited is seeking a House Manager to lead a care leaving provision for young people aged 16–25, located at Crystal Care Solutions - Falconway. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding compliance, and drive high-quality, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role
• 2+ years of experience in Health and Social Care, ideally with children and/or young adults
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a safe and inclusive environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Deep knowledge of safeguarding, supported accommodation regulations, and care frameworks
• Strong planning, delegation, and organisational abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to complete relevant qualifications within required timescales

Responsibilities

• Leading a care leaving provision in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
• Managing a team of support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance and best practice
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing
• Developing and implementing independence plans, safeguarding practices, and progression targets
• Acting as a role model and mentor for both young people and team members
• Coordinating shift planning, performance monitoring, team development, and budget management
• Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks
