Job summary

Contemporary Visual Arts Network West Midlands is seeking a proactive coordinator for a National Lottery funded role, working across two projects that empower young people to become environmental leaders and explore the heritage of women’s labour in Black Country through artistic research and collective making.

The post is a PAYE contract until 31 March 2029, 37 hours per week, hybrid working, start mid-January 2027, with some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and experience in participatory arts and/or youth work.
• Ability to co-coordinate projects and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to co-production and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Co-coordinate, administer and support community engagement activities on the ground.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver two linked projects.
• Ensure delivery aligns with funding requirements and timelines.
