Job summary

Wates Family Enterprise Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support the Nature Based Neighbourhoods programme. You will help manage relationships with funded partners, coordinate activities, and assist with learning and communications under the Programme Lead’s guidance.

The role is a 4-month FTC, part-time (3 days) with hybrid and remote-working options, including travel to the Midlands. Interviews are scheduled remotely on 25th and 27th November 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong project or programme coordination experience and excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• Experience working with community organisations.

Responsibilities

• Programme administration and supporting the delivery of key programme activities such as learning events, visits and peer-networking activities.
• Working with our measurement, learning and evaluation partner to capture learning.
• Maintaining programme records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the Programme Lead with emerging priorities as required
