Kisharon Langdon Brady is seeking a Sessional Worker to join a diverse team delivering after-school, weekend and holiday clubs for young people aged 5-15. You will help deliver engaging group activities and provide 1:1 support to build confidence and independence in members.

We welcome GCSEs in Maths and English, an outgoing and empathetic personality, and clear communication. The role is on-site in HA8 7FR with a £12.71 hourly rate and flexible, part-time hours.

Formación

• GCSE level with A-C in Maths & English
• Passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
• Outgoing and empathetic with clear communication

Responsabilidades

• Help deliver engaging group activities to young people with additional needs
• Provide support to Members to develop confidence and independence
• Work 1:1 with Members who need extra support
• Undertake organisational tasks to help Kisharon Langdon Brady run smoothly
