Job summary

Fulham Football Club is seeking an Academy Performance Scientist to deliver and support physical development across the Youth Development Programme, with a Foundation Phase focus. You will collaborate with MDT staff to support players’ development using evidence-based sport science and contribute to data collection, analysis and visualisation for practice and decision-making.

The role includes leading performance testing, monitoring growth data, and supporting rehabilitation and transition

Qualifications

• BSc in Sports and Exercise Science or related field.
• MSc in related subject area.
• BASES Accreditation required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support the physical performance provision across YDP, FP focused, with MDT collaboration.
• Support data strategy: collect, analyse and visualise data to inform practice and decision making.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of the academy performance programme.
