Job summary

The Ram Agency, Young’s internal agency, offers a Commis Chef role with flexible shifts and online rota access. You’ll be employed by Young’s with full benefits while enjoying the autonomy to view shifts and tailor your work hours to suit your lifestyle.

Ram Agency Commis Chef

About us

The Ram Agency is Young’s very own internal agency, giving you the power to pick your working hours! You’ll be looked after by our wonderful General Manager, Monse, and simply hop online to view shifts and build your rota to suit your lifestyle. We have shifts available daily, across our estate of over 270 pubs. You will be employed by Youngs; have all the benefits of being employed with us and all the flexibility that allows you to work when you want to!

What we look for in a Commis Chef

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for the next step to their hospitality career, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef, you will:
