Llamau Limited is seeking a Young Persons Support Assistant to work nights in Swansea. You will build trusted relationships with young people with complex needs and help them progress toward their goals while promoting independence.

You will maintain a safe living environment, handle routine housing and safety tasks, and ensure clear communication and accurate recording of information within a supportive team. Safeguarding responses and positive engagement are key parts of the role.

This role supports young people with complex needs by building trusting relationships, helping them work toward their goals, and promoting independence through day-to-day guidance.
You’ll maintain a safe, clean and welcoming living environment, manage routine housing and safety tasks, and ensure clear communication and accurate recording of information.
Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll respond to safeguarding concerns, facilitate positive engagement, and contribute to a consistently high-quality service.
