Please note: Applicants must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) and if not already registered with Ofsted, must successfully complete the Ofsted Registered Manager interview and registration process during the development period to secure permanent appointment to the role within one year of being in post.

You'll have responsibility for supported accommodation services across four locations in Chorley and Leyland, supporting young people to develop confidence, independence and life skills in safe and nurturing environments. You'll lead both the care and housing elements of the service, ensuring high-quality support, safe accommodation and effective partnership working with landlords, commissioners and local authorities.
You'll:
Once registered, you'll take on the full responsibilities of the Ofsted Registered Manager role, ensuring compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations and maintaining inspection readiness.
You may already be an Ofsted Registered Manager, or you may be an experienced manager looking to progress into your first registered role.
