YOUNG CARERS SUPPORT WORKER

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Young Carers team for a Young Carers Support Worker. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within a small, supportive, and dynamic team, striving to recognize and enhance the potential of young people. While a relevant qualification is desirable, experience in working with and engaging directly with young people and their families is essential.

Please note that, due to the nature of the role, a clean driver’s license and access to a car are essential.
