Crossroads is recruiting Young Carers Support Workers to facilitate social outings for young carers in our community.
Crossroads Young Carers Project supports children and young people who are the main carers for a relative.
Our primary focus is providing social support through outings where young carers can meet others in similar situations. We also run workshops to equip them with various skills.
This role typically involves around 6 to 9 hours per month, scheduled across one or two evenings.
Location: Various, depending on social activities, primarily in your local area, with reasonable travel involved.
