Job summary

CCL Facades is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale facade projects across the Yorkshire region, with a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and risks, and maintaining strong client communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will oversee planning, progress reporting, supply chain coordination and adherence to CDM 2015 and HSQE standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery across sectors and CDM regulations.
• Experience promoting high health and safety standards on major projects.
• Solid understanding of contract conditions, cost control and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, successful delivery of projects to client specifications within time, budget and quality targets.
• Oversee planning, execution, resource management, cost forecasting and reporting.
• Build strong client and partner relationships and manage change effectively.
• Maintain risk management, CDM compliance, HSQE policies and RAMS.
• Drive continuous improvement and support defect management through to closure.
