Firecrest Construction seeks a motivated Project Manager to join its fast-paced Facades team in Leeds. You will oversee planning, coordination and execution of façade projects, guiding a multi-disciplinary team from design to site installation while maintaining cost and quality targets.

You will conduct site inspections, manage client expectations and lead safety practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and high standards across all project activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction site management or supervision experience, preferably on façade projects.
• SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card are essential.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to manage on-site activities.
• Knowledge of asbestos awareness and welfare safety standards.
• First Aid at Work certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple façade projects from design through site installation.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
• Carry out site inspections, safety audits and toolbox talks.
• Maintain records, QA processes and progress reporting.
