Fawkes & Reece Group is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple construction schemes across the Yorkshire region. You will manage several work packages, coordinate subcontractors and lead site operations to keep programmes on track.

The role requires a proven track record on varied projects (£500k–£15m), strong health & safety knowledge and reliable leadership to drive quality, planning and timely delivery on site.

Formación

• Proven experience as Site Manager on a range of construction projects from £500k to £15m.
• SMSTS, First Aid, Black CSCS Card as a minimum.
• Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.
• Proactive approach to programme delivery, quality and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and coordinating multiple work packages.
• Overseeing subcontractors and site operations.
• Driving programme and planning to ensure works are delivered on time.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.
• Coordinating site teams and resolving day-to-day issues.
