• Proven track record leading at group, divisional or multi-business level.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement.
• Ability to work effectively with an active Board and private shareholders.
• Measured, straightforward and low-ego leadership style.
• Confident in challenging constructively and making difficult decisions.
• Strong track record of developing capable senior leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic perspective with solid operational performance.
