Job summary

Edwards & Pearce Ltd. is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer for a charity based in Hull. You will work with the board of Trustees and the Executive Team to uphold ethical governance and financial health while guiding policy and strategy.

The role involves planning and strategy, driving continuous improvement, and representing the charity at regional and national forums with stakeholders. You will prepare quarterly and annual reports for the Board and ensure alignment with the charity's ethos

Edwards & Pearce is recruiting a CEO for a charity in Hull. Candidates should have previous experience of a senior leadership appointment combined with exceptional communication and organisational skills

Edwards & Pearce is partnering with a well-known charity operating in the Yorkshire and Humber region for over 40 years to appoint a Chief Executive Officer.

The role will collaborate closely with the board of Trustee/Directors and the Executive Team to ensure the ethical governance and financial health of the charity and to work with the Board of Trustees/Directors to manage risk, ensure transparency, and guide policy. This will include representing the charity at regional and national forums

Planning and strategy will form a major part of the remit as will ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration with business partners and stakeholders, preparing quarterly and annual reports for the Board, ensuring strategy and decisions are in line with the charity's ethos and values and the charity's financial sustainability.

This is a full-time appointment to be based in Hull in offices that are easily commutable from both East and West Hull, Beverley and the surrounding villages, the Humber Bridge, North Lincolnshire and the A63/Eastern M62 corridor.
