Design House Interiors UK Ltd is a luxury kitchen and interior specialist renowned for premium products and outstanding service. We are seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to develop the Yorkshire territory, win new business and grow trusted trade partnerships.

Working autonomously, you will identify opportunities, secure appointments, present our range, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into long-term profitability, while representing the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

Proven success in field sales or area sales management.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a wider team.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Yorkshire.
Build long-term relationships with developers, builders, architects, interior designers, kitchen installers and trade professionals.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Achieve and exceed agreed sales and profitability targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using the CRM system.
Deliver product presentations and attend customer meetings.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Represent the business professionally at networking events and exhibitions.
