Penguin Recruitment is assisting a well-established York-based planning consultancy to recruit a Town Planner. You will manage a range of projects, deliver planning advice to clients, and support from feasibility through to determination.

The role involves preparing, submitting and coordinating planning applications, producing statements, and liaising with authorities and clients to achieve successful outcomes. MRTPI status would be advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning or a related discipline.
• Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority.
• Understanding of the UK planning system and policy.

• Producing planning statements and supporting documentation.
